See above - Great place, great staff, nice tenants, clean. 23rd floor could use improvements (see Question 2)- - I would hesitate to recommend this building if someone is looking for outstanding amenities -- it's not that we don't have them, just can't enjoy them for reasons listed in Question 2

Plus side-The views are amazing and the location is great. Windows are great. The rooftop is a big asset.

I would like to be able to have more than 2 guests that can go up to the rooftop. It is quite amazing up there. There should be some way to reserve areas of the roof for parties. This is actually a huge issue for me, and I've spoken with a number of the other tenants who also agree. The building is also a little heavy handed on the security. There should be some kind of call box system installed so I can buzz guests up to my apartment. They already have a code to use the elevator. Having to email the front desk about a guest coming over is a little asinine, to be honest.

The property is very nice. It has all the top amenities in the heart of Austin, but the price for a two bedroom would be truly worth leasing a 4000 square foot house for that amount.

It was a new high rise community offered several floor plans. It provided upscale amenities on the top floor with views of the city and the river. The community had a 24-hour concierge. I toured a vacant one-bedroom apartment with wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, plenty of closets space, laundry facilities, and a stall shower. The lease rate was reasonable for the location, amenities and apartment features.

The amenities were nice, and they were rooftop. The leasing professional was helpful and nice. The apartment I viewed was clean, but it was not laid out nicely, and the price was ridiculous. I would only have leased because I liked the amenities and the leasing professional, but my stay there would be short lived. Plain and simple, the apartment was laid out horribly. The washer and dryer were in the bedroom closet! The area seemed all right, but I would not want to pay that much for rent for very long, considering the apartment.

I feel this property is very high class. It is up to date and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was like I was among friends. I was very impressed with this property. The design I have seen in the bigger cities and I believe it will stand out and be an improvement in the community.
