Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. The visit felt rushed.

Great Apartment
Enjoyed my time at St. Moritz, parking is a slight problem if you don't have a garage. Apartment itself was great, large kitchen and bedrooms, very quiet community. 3rd floor apartment does get pretty warm inside during the hot months of summer.
Above the rest
The buildings are older so I can hear my upstairs neighbors VERY well but I am pleased with St. Moritz and if things stay this way I will definitely renew my lease next year.

The pools are disgusting, the residents do not pick up after their dogs, the trash is left on the curbs and not picked up timely, the office staff is unprofessional and rude. We could not wait to move out!
Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
The community was in a good location and had a quiet and clean atmosphere. The floor plan that I viewed was well laid out and in good condition. The architecture of the building was nicer than many in the area. The staff seemed pleasant and helpful and the amenities were clean and maintained.
Better than other properties around
I would say its better than the properties around. But the staff service level and monitoring needs to improve. I had to check for a package which was delivered to the office, at least thrice in two days before the office acknowledged that they have it, even though USPS said they delivered it to the office from the beginning and also we lost a package which was left at the front door by UPS.

The staff is awesome. The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are spacious and roomy. I am happy that I chose St. Mo ritz as my HOME

Great Property
We just moved into our apartment a few months ago and love the location. The staff, especially the office manger Lindsay who happened to be our previous manager at another complex is great and always helps us in any way she can. Front staff is always so polite and helpful as well. Management also handles any issues we may have almost immediately. We have has some issues with our neighbor complaining about our noise level but noise is to be expected when you live below 2 dogs and children. Otherwise, we are happy with our new place. I would recommend this complex to anyone
Great Location
Overall it's a very nice place to live. The units are older now and some items need replacing. Anytime we've had an issue it was fix quickly.
Overpriced for Location
Living near a big box superstore Walmart can be a good and bad situation. Often, shopping baskets make it way tear the property. If you like living in a retirement type community, St. Moritz is your community.
