This is a visually stunning property with wonderfully maintained landscaped grounds and updated interiors. Recently the appliances have been upgraded. The attached garage with interior access is great, and the designer touches like glass block window and brass and chrome faucets is a nice touch making the apartments seem higher end. The property is very quiet and the place is very airy and bright throughout. The staff are also very friendly and they are accommodating as well.

The community was well maintained. The leasing professional was very friendly and thorough.

Apartments are spacious and very comfortable with the amenities that you use most when living in an apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful and the property is well kept. If it lacks anything, though, it lacks parking and green spaces. If you enjoy having company, the parking is a real problem.

The office staff has been responsive to any request. The complex is always clean and well kept. You should be proud of the employees you have at this property.

We have 7 AC units outside our apartment (which is completely opposite from what we requested and saw in the model unit). They are just feet away from the walls; very poorly designed, and the fact that they are old as dirt doesn't help. This is unbearable. We have been sleeping in the living room (please feel free to come check).
While looking at the model unit we specifically requested that we needed a quite place - away from roads and specifically AC units; the model unit had ONE AC outside the guest room, and none outside the main window of the master; we were told that the only difference from the model was that the floor plan would be mirrored - which we agreed. My wife is pregnant and I am studying for the Bar exam. This has been a nightmare.

Beware of the noise from above. It is not my neighbors fault, but you can hear every step that is taken. Very disappointed in the construction...not good! If you rent, you better rent a top floor as the bottom level is too loud.

Very nice complex but DO NOT move on the first or second floors. Only take a 3rd floor unit so you can avoid suffering from a STOMPER/HARD-HEAL-WALKER above you! It will rattle your wall art and furniture and dishes in your kitchen cabinets...It is driving me crazy and I know there is nothing I can do about it but move or pray their lease ends soon. Also, can't get maintenance to fix my intrusion alarm-panel...it's been 3 months now. Although all other maintenance has been quick...within a day or two.

Very nice and quiet but payment services do not provide modern service. Meaning...EFT is not available so you have to manually pay your monthly rent via electronic check, personal check or cashiers check.

I techinally have not moved in yet. However, the staff has been extremely helpful and supportive in assisting me prepare for my move.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. I would love to be able to call this place home. Everything was so neat and clean. No trash anywhere, nothing out of place. No oil in the parking lot. Everything seemed to be in good working condition. It's obvious that pride is taken in the care of this community.

The apartments look very nice and are comfortable, but the few times that I've asked the office staff for assistance with work orders, trash, etc., they have not followed up and performed the tasks requested.

This is a property that I would love to live in. The apartments are spacious and the amenities updated. I did not see cluttered patios or broken blinds.

The leasing agent did an adequate job demonstrating the apartment.

This is an excellent place to call home. The amenities are fabulous, and the area is inviting. I would definitely recommend this community to everyone I care about.

This was easily the nicest apartment community and apartment I've seen. I was very impressed with the apartment and the amenities. I have seen other apartments that were nowhere near this nice and they wanted more money. I would recommend this community.
