All I can say is the staff is by far the best part about this place. It's as if they're psychic or have super powers or something. They always know how to make things better. Heck, I walk in the door and my neck had been hurting me all day. Next thing I know, BOOM I get a neck massage. Or the other time I was sitting in my apartment and felt kind of hungry. BOOM They were at my door with some Chick-fil-A.
Heaven is just a wonderful place to live. Actually, I'm sorry. I'm talking about St. Moritz still, not Heaven. My apologies. I tend to get them confused.

For an apartment community, we really have limited complaints. All the staff we interact with are GREAT. They make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests. We have not experienced any noise level issues in the 3-months we have lived here.

Parking isn't the best, but it is sufficient. I am concerned that once the units start to fill back up that we won't be able to find a parking spot near our unit. Many units are vacant now for remodeling.

The pools are not in the best of shape. Tiles falling off the side, etc...my kids really wish the pools were bigger. The pool by the main office is the nicest. The one in the middle of the property is small and the water is not as clear as the main pool.

I do find it odd that grass turf is such an issue on a property that prides itself on keeping things up to par for the most part with our golf course next door. I suggest planting St Augustine instead of Bermuda in the tough spots...I think you will find it works much better.

The units are well laid out, but foundation problems persist throughout the apartment. Uneven floors and cracks in the walls. The owner keeps up with these issues, but it is noticeable.

Given the age of the property, I think this is a great place to live, one of the best kept secrets in Dallas for sure
HVAC units are old and seem to run continuously to maintain temp at 75. I am concerned about the electricity bill during the summer. So far it hasn't been too bad, but it has been a mild Spring thanks to El Nino.

I liked this property and could easily see myself making this my home. The grounds were very well maintained and the amenities offered were updated with the newest equipment.

The drive up was very appealing. There was limited parking at the leasing office. The walk up was impressive with a pretty fountain near the entry of the leasing office. The leasing office was a little dated and the furniture appeared fairly worn. There was not much in the way of amenities. A small community room, older looking fitness room, pool outside of the community room and nothing impressive about the landscaping on the walk to the apartment. The apartment was tiny but nicely appointed. The only plus was the attached garage, newish cabinets and stainless appliances. The marble on the floor, faux granite on the counter top was a nice touch as was the real ceremic tile in the kitchen. The bathroom reminded me of a hotel room with the tiny sink/cabinet area and the storage piece that extended from the sink across the commode. The leasing agent that helped me with the on-site visit did a good job of taking my information and showing the apartment. She hit almost every mark as far as her duties were concerned.

My perception was one of a very high end, well maintained property that was an asset to the neighborhood. It was a beautiful place and one that I would be proud to call my home.

This is a luxury community located in a prestigious part of Dallas. The property is in walking distance to shopping, dining, and public transit. The apartments are spacious with many modern conveniences and decorative details.

This is luxury? WHAT A JOKE! Just moved in today. 90° and no AC. 5 calls to the emergency line at 6pm on Friday and no one calls back. Almost 3 hours and still waiting for someone to show up. Should not have moved here! #stmoritz @stmoritzapt #dallasapartments www.livestmoritz.com

As a customer, I would have liked to get more information on the amenities and how to make the community more of a home. I could tell that some of the residents enjoyed decorating their patios which showed pride of ownership. There were a lot of things I still had questions about, but overall the community sold itself and the agent was personable enough.

I loved the property and the apartment. I loved how large it was and the layout. It was hard to find the dining room separated from the living area. The leasing agent answered all my questions. I liked that she showed my the model, so I could picture my furniture. I also liked that she drove around and showed both pools.

For the location and price, I think this community is right on point. I think the fact that each apartment includes a garage is a great feature that sets it apart from other apartments in this area. The community is kept up well and looks like it would be a good place to live. Everyone I encountered was positive, friendly, and smiling.

Everything was very nice. I would update the gym style a bit and add more televisions.
