I would have felt more comfortable being able to see or have the amenities discussed or shown to me.
I appreciate your comments. I regret that our leasing person was not informative. I am working on correcting and retraining the sales staff on customer relations. Thank you for your input.

This is still a fairly new apartment community, with a reasonable rate for the square footage. The outside and inside of the apartment community has been kept up nicely.

This neighborhood has character. It is nestled in a quiet community but within striking range of major shopping, dining, and downtown. The prices could be a little better, but the amenities in the front office alone pay you back. Some of the units are updated and luxurious, but even the ones that are not are pretty nice. The staff is helpful and professional as well. I give this place 4 of 5 stars.

Cons pay for the assigned covered parking you won't regret it The worst setup for delivery package service ever They do not notify you of delivery service until after 30days. Just imagine chocolate covered strawberries after 30 days. -

Great Place to Live
The Arches are very family friendly, safe, and clean apartments. I would definitely refer a friend or family member to live here. The staff is very helpful, from the office staff to the maintenance crew
