LaVillita Lakeside is a very large apartment community. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a very nice area surrounded by a lake and a canal but the rental rates are extremely high.

My overall perception of the community was great. The property was beautiful and I would love to be a resident there.

The community was very new and had modern amenities, like a yoga studio. The company had regular events throughout the month so that residents could network and get to know their neighbors. The property was in a growing urban area and good for families There were elementary schools within walking distance. The staff was knowledgeable about the amenities and the neighborhood.

After driving into the community, I immediately felt a community atmosphere. The area was very well kept. It was clean and appear to be a welcoming environment. The staff at the office was very friendly and seem to care about helping each person that entered. The customer service was quick and detailed. There was little to no information left out of the presentation that would lead to unanswered questions or concerns. The professional was full of energy and her excitement was contagious.

They offer apartments that are filled with modern features, open and spacious. They provide exciting amenities for all their residents at home pleasure. The location is superior to have an easy access to major freeways, unique shopping, fine dining and entertainment venues. My impression of the staff was a group of helpful, knowledgeable and friendly professionals. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.
