Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
I love this community and the layout of the apartment. My customer service experience was very good.

All around pretty good apartment complex. Staff is nice but if you work 8-5 and get home at 6 you can't pick up your packages. Amenities are nice, the gyms could stand some diversity as they both have the same equipment and its not catered to everyone new but not good for strength training. Pools are pretty good. The tenants are pretty quite especially for a complex this size. I don't hear people partying at midnight. I think i'll stay.... if i can get my packages and they change up the gym.

Great people community wise but lacking on upkeep. Better upkeep on grounds would be nice without having to submit a request.
It's great. Clean, quiet, and safe.
It's great. Beautiful complex, clean, and quiet. The location is great being right off of GWB Turnpike and 635. It makes a trip into the city or just to the grocery store very quick. It's a little more expensive than some other places, but you definitely get what you pay for. There don't seem to be a lot of younger people (23-26) living here though.
I really love La Villita Apartments atmosphere and community
Place is great. People are friendly and taking a jog around the lake is great. My only wish is to get my rent lower for my next lease.

Beautiful apartments, beautiful area, staff is kinda rude
We love our apartment and the community, it's a great area/neighborhood and location, and the stucco/Tuscan villa theme, pond/lake, and waterway/canal are beautiful. The amenities are nice, the parking is easy, and you feel safe/comfortable strolling around the lake at night. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. Incredibly close access to three of the major highways. The apartment staff isn't friendly or warm, and a couple are overtly rude; you feel like a nuisance not a customer, but there typically isn't much need for interaction. Overall, we're commuting a half hour more for work and we're paying a few hundred dollars more per month than we would if we lived elsewhere, but we just renewed without hesitation for our third year.
General maintenance on and around the property has been fewer in frequencies than in recent past.
Generally it is family friendly and quiet overall. Rent should be lower than the new complexes that just came up around LaVillita.
