I would tell them, that living at the La Villita apartment homes is the best apartment experience i've ever had.

The leasing professional did not appear interested in me or my visit.

Very inviting community. Good location, and was close but not too close to major highway. Well maintained and well appointed.

Great place to live but too much doggy poop on grounds. Poor job enforcing doggy rules. Grounds also seem to be over watered and grass is extremely swampy.

Very nice area to live but customer service is not worthy of the rent expense. Traffic is fast through the community and the residents do not care about picking up their pets waste. Hallways need to be more frequently cleaned and maintenance seems to repair appliances repeatedly. The canal and lake are nice to walk when all the lighting is working properly.

The walls are built thin so you can hear your neighbor at anytime......

Great community but they over water the ground so some areas feel like swamps and dog poop everywhere. Other than that, great people. Safe and friendly environment.

Its a good, well managed complex, but we frequently have issues with neighbor noise.

Beautiful apartments, great management and maintenance, wonderful ammenties and very safe environment.

I love the amount of care being put into upkeeping the grounds the activities that we have here and the quiet and safe enviorment that luminates here.
