It's very comfortable,friendly and it's home.

outdated, lack of privacy, not enough parking spots, size of apartment is too small for the money.

Really this place is perfect for professionals and the location is good as it relates to many towns and businesses around here. There are not really any kids equipment except the pool in summer but there are lots of trails and parks around

As much as I love living at Boulder Creek, I would be afraid to recommend this place due to the rental price increases from Simpson Properties.

Unusable hottub, and the hottub/pool area and equipment. In the summer the beautiful pool area flowers are wilted and dying because of being watered on a schedule instead of when recognizably needed.
Cheap and noisy appliances. No central heating or a/c. Unit is cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

We moved in recently from CA and very happy to have found this community. It is quiet, peaceful and above all the leasing staffs of this apartment make it worth-a-while!!!

Excellent services through the leasing office. The layout of the development is visually appealing and functional.

Tenants occupy guest parking too frequently.

The maintenance team is amazing. Always timely in their response, friendly, and professional!

Place is msotly great. Staff is wonderful. Biggest (only) issue is the mandatory valet trash service. They barely pickup and if there is a problem with big bags, they spend more time writing notes on people's doors than picking up trash. When trash is left out, it brings rats. Need a new exterminating service. Makes all your other efforts powerless and puts your staff in a difficult position.

I am very happy with the staff here. The apartments are beautiful and well managed. I am a stay at home mom of a toddler. One area I would love to see is a playground area installed for small children. There are several other families on the property that would love the addition of a playground. Even a slide with a few toddler and kid swings would be great. That's the only thing that would take me elsewhere. My kid loves the playground at the park, but it would be nice to have one here. Thank you!

It has been awesome to live here so far. We really like the trash pickup at night. Haven't been here long enough to really have any suggestions for improvements. Arial layout map of apartments could be useful on door of pool building for guests. Otherwise, it is really hard to find some apartments.

I would like new appliances. Other than that, I feel all of you do a wonderful job.
