I would because it has been a wonderful community.

Just the issues I have addressed th reason we moved to the community was that my bf wanted to live by his dad who lives in the complex. I would rather move to a different Simpsons poperty group

Boulder Creek was a great community and kept in mind the Wetlands while building, so it made it feel more like in the country than in the city. Everything was close to freeways and just a few minutes from Seattle or to the mountains. There was lots of shopping and recreation located nearby.

The leasing staff are friendly and professional. The bedrooms are very large. The inside of the apartments have some nice, visually appealing architecture.

The apartments had the feel of a very high end community. There were added details that made me feel like the apartments were homes instead of apartments. The location was beautiful and offered gorgeous views. The rental rates were expensive but were comparable to what was being charged in the area. The leasing professional was one of the best leasing agents I have encountered and was a great representative of the management company and apartments.

I was greeted with enthusiasm and throughout the tour was made to feel valued and important. No detail was too small to discuss. All my questions were answered promptly and were complete. There was nothing I asked that was not readily available. Another item I was impressed with was that the property provided valet garbage service five days a week. All a resident needed to do was to leave the garbage outside the front door and it was picked up each evening. I felt excited to call the community my new home.

I would love to move into the community. The only thing I did not like were the white appliances. For the market and rent, I would have expected appliance upgrades. Other than that, the setting was fantastic with nature all around and great mountain views. There was lots of character in the home.

It is large property with many amenities. It has high attention to details that make it seem a little more like home and less like an apartment.

I thought the new additions of the yoga studio and the dog park showed responsiveness to resident needs above the average level of caring.

This is one of the nicest communities I have ever been in. And it had a lovely setting with a lot of the apartments having nice views of the mountains. It is on the side of a hill, and is lovely to look at as well. And it fits in with the community that surrounds it. The staff is very friendly and sincere, and seem to have a nice sense of humor as well.

It really looked like a nice place to live. If ever I needed a place in that location I would definitely look into actually leasing a unit.

There is no doubt that I would have rented from the leasing professional had this been a property I was interested in. In fact if I were hiring for myself I would want her to work for me.
