Need more parking options for residents. Would like to have garage closer to apartment. Need more visitor parking!!

The staff at The Sanctuary exemplifies excellence in every area. I have only experienced the best customer service.

The trash service keeps skipping my apartment, not sure why, as I have already complained. The problem was better than the following week, but then this weekend we were skipped again. We put our trash out at 5:24 p.m. and 5:48 p.m. The time window states 5-7 p.m. So, we usually take our own trash to the dumpster at 9 p.m.

Many of the trees that died were not replaced. Parking violations seem random, some vehicles park for weeks and others are ticketed after a few days. $103 rent increases per month is significant for many families and is pricing Simpson out of the market for long-term residents. Jason and his team do a fantastic job.

The staff is really friendly here. Everything, pool, hot tub, exercise room, is kept up very nice and clean.

This is a nice property. Things that need improvement: parking, doors (slamming,) and garbage servie (hassle due to tedious requirements.) The staff called us repeatedly to the point of harrassment over complaints they received from our neighbor. The neighbor yelled out and scared our kids on numerous occassions while they rode their bikes around the property. The staff was extremely unhelpful while we dealt with this.

This community is very well maintained and in a quiet location. It seems perfect for someone who commutes to Denver during the week, but then wishes to relax and feel at ease when at home during the weekends. The staff seems very alert and responsive, therefore I know that if I had an issue, it would be fixed right away. I would not anticipate having any serious issues at all living at the Sanctuary.

The community amenities consisted of a sparkling heated, seasonal swimming pool, year round hot tub, a business and 24 hour fitness center. In the fitness center, the equipment was cutting edge and state-of-the-art, in exceptional condition. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property were flawless with meticulous care and attention to detail. The rent was commendable, an above average deal for the money. The amenities included, built good value in the rent. The leasing professional was fun, a good listener, confident and courteous, and made me feel my needs were fully met in the community. The leasing professional connected and bridged my needs to the suggested floor plan. The leasing professional was talented, better than most, original and creative and in a league of her own. I found this community to be well situated and would recommend it. I would be very happy to live in the community.

Overall, it was a great tour. The prices were a bit high, but the community was well maintained. The leasing professional was outstanding. I would be happy to tell my friends about this community.

I have lived here for 6 months while I am waiting for my house to be ready and can honestly say The Sanctuary is/was a great place to live. Other than rude pet owners that don't pick up after their pets, it's a clean and safe place to live. I hardly heard my neighbors. Any maintenance request I had, they handled quickly. If you're a guest parking is somewhat of an issue, but that is true any apartment complex you go to. Yes the washing machines are loud, but it's better than not having one at all. I would have not hesitate renewing my lease if I wasn't moving into a house near by.

The property was so nice. The staff was pleasant, very helpful and happy to be there. Their amenities were well kept and beautiful. What you get for your money was well worth it.

The apartments are very nice, and the complex is very well maintained. It's pricey, though, and that would be our only big complaint about it.
