Thank you for your renters voice. We were able to do a payment program. I spoke with my assistant manager and she said she spoke with you monthly letting you know about all the assistance that was available. We also were waiving all late fees since last March. I'm still happy with the apartment itself but am extremely unhappy with what the apartment community has become: very noisy new neighbors who often leave trash and other items in the common areas, very load mufflers on many of the newer neighbors' cars and motorcycles, and frequent load arguments and other disturbing incidents by the newer residents.

Price is good. But no over head lighting. Broken cheap appliances. Loud neighbors. Very thin walls. No parking. Extremely small garages you can barely get your car into.

I recommend these apartments to anyone that I know is looking for apartments. I do let them know that it is a bit expensive, but I believe I am getting value for money.

Parking at these apartments is terrible! Not sufficient parking spaces for the number of renters. It is not good at all having to park far away from my apartment due to lack of parking... Detached garages are barely useful at all for a standard size car who designed the detached garages?

The only thing that is wavering is the rent/ lease rates. Appropriate for the area, but not full reflective of what is available currently. I am also thinking about the longevity of the virus and things are likely not to go back down to "normal" for about a year.
