It really is the location and the inability of ending a lease early that is why I will not be renewing my lease after 3 years here.

I love my apartment, have never had issues at all. Neighbors are great. The valet trash service can by annoying at times, trying to meet their schedule.

Brezzway is always dusty, dirty and stained. Parking is a big problem, no guest parking.

Other residents slamming doors at all times . Other residents never pick up the dog waste its everywhere. Also residents leave there trash out on non trash days.
