Overall, I was happy with my tour and what the community had to offer. The community was clean, well maintained and attractive.

Entire community needs to be power washed (sidewalks, hallways, entryways, stairs.) Be a little relaxed about the 2 guests per person at the pool rule during the day. Valet trash not always done on weekends. If the valet staff can't wait, community staff needs to tell people to not put trash out. Sidewalks need to be fixed, large gaps. Mailbox pickup should be one-way only. Grass needs to be cut shorter. Would like to see a breakdown and reason why rent goes up drastically each year when you get absolutely nothing for it. Pet rent deposit, little bit excessive. Not all pets are destructive.

Insufficient parking, but overall, great place to live.

Jacuzzi is never hot. I have asked 3 times to heat it. It is always luke-warm at best.

I found the staff to be willing to address any issues that arise in a very professional manner. They were courteous and treated me/my concerns with courtesy and respect. The apartment property is in excellent condition unlike the others in the area. The trash company, at times leaves trash on the stairs or walkways. Some bags drop liquid as they go down the stairs.

Our first time living in an apartment. Beautiful and very clean. The staff is always on top of everything.

I continue to have issues with my neighbors upstairs, won't listen to management about mess coming down to my patio. They continue to wash clothes and make loud noises late at night, 12-2 a.m. Believe management has talked to them but they don't listen and there is nothing done. Don't like to complain over and over.

Great community!! Washers/dryers are way too small. Units are great, but very noisy.

I generally love living here, except for the dog park. It is not kept clean and the design of it is a hill. The mud is horrble and I will not use it again.

I have seen much improvement in the last year here. Management/staff is helpful, kind, and professional. Maintenance team is always very helpful and accommodating. It is a pleasure to call The Sanctuary my home! Thank you.

Great place to live! By far, best community I have been in. Will and have been recommending this to others who are also interested in finding a new community/apartment within the next year.

Rent is too expensive, that's why I'm forced to leave. Landscaping needs work, especially "rocky" areas. Repairs are needed on sidewalks, curbs, and steps.
