The community was tucked behind a well populated highway in a private gate. The community was small and well kept.

The community did have the exercise room, computer accessibility and a beautiful and comfortable community area. The common areas were meticulous, without debris or clutter. The grounds were beautiful. Many people were attracted to the swimming pools, cabanas, and tourist type amenities. This community was so beautiful, one could overlook the lack of more amenities. I could be quite comfortable living here.

This is a very impressive community in a highly desirable area. This makes the price points somewhat higher, but the value is there. The community does lack some amenities, like a pool and larger fitness center that others provide, which detracts from the value. The leasing professional did a very nice job selling the community and the features of the apartment, since there was not an apartment to tour at that time.
