I'm not get the necessary help from maintenance
We just moved in and the place needs repairs. We really need help from maintenance.
Great location, constantly improving, unique accommodations.
A bit "busy" now with constant construction and such but hopefully will calm down by fall. A nice alternative to units not offering attached garage and storage. A pantry and a wonderful kitchen!
Need better clean-up by construction workers.

I'm concerned about maintenance. The open security gate is my measure of maintenance. It is now going on well over 4 weeks, as I know.

The property was very neat and well kept. The location was excellent.

Property management does not take care of maintainence request. They ignore residents. Community is not well kept. Access gate malfunctions. Trash area is not well maintained
I find the apt. meets my expectations
I have a one bedroom with garage, I happy with everything in the apt. size, appliances. I also find the community is private and quiet. I'm also happy with maintenance

Currently not happy with this management. Have had maintenance requests in for 7 days but prblms have not been fixed yet!
Not a bad apartment complex, but maintenance has not been taken care of in a timely manner. I understand there have been issues with Hurricane Sandy. However, my fire alarm has been beeping for the past 8 days and no one has come to fix it yet. I had put in a request to change my lobby entrance light 9-10 days ago -- also still has not been taken care of yet. Hopefully, the timeliness of taking care of maintenance requests will improve. Otherwise, I currently would not recommend this apartment complex.
Management Company doesn't take care of issues!!
Horrible management company. They don't take care of issues. I've lived here for 3 months and my issues with my apartment still haven't been addressed. New management company after living here for a month. It took them a month to inspect my apartment and after a month a haven't heard a thing from them.

I like the community, it is gated and large. It will be much better if the apartments will have larger rooms and a pool.

I felt as though this was a typical visit to any apartment community of this caliber. The leasing professional was pleasant. The community was attractive.
