I was very comfortable in this environment. I enjoyed the apartment, the amenities, and the support staff. It was a very positive experience.

The agent was excellent. The property was beautifully maintained.

The exterior grounds are warm and inviting. The fitness center was small and felt cramped. I was surprised to learn that there was not a pool. The apartment offered a good amount of closet space, but I was kind of surprised by the asking price.

I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of community. It had a well maintained look everywhere that was visible. The ponds gave it a better than average appeal, as well as the gated community concept.

This community was well kept. The grounds were immaculate. The LPC Professional made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She took pride in what she was selling. She seemed extremely happy to be representing Lincoln Management Company.

Overall, the price was average for what the community had to offer. The apartment downstairs makes it difficult to place a dining table and living room furniture though it has high ceilings. The community center would be wonderful if it had a big screen tv, pool tables, and a pool.

The staff member presented the community in a professional, well spoken manner. The property was well maintained following the inclement weather earlier in the week. Everything was cleared well, and all walkways were free of ice. I was impressed with the privacy of the community, especially due to its close proximity to the heavily traveled roads nearby. The area around the ponds was quiet and serene feeling.

This is a beautiful community located in a great area. It is ideal for both youthful and elderly couples alike.

The setting is nice, the people working there are friendly. Service for repairs is dreadfully slow. Charging a $250 fee to use the clubhouse is rediculous. The grounds are well maintained and great for walks around the ponds. Great pet friendly place. Apartment common space is small but bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size. Separate laundry room is very nice, and having a garage is a great feature for living in these apartments. Easy places to park. Never been an issue. Its nice being in a gated community for extra security

I had a wonderful time visiting the community today. I thought that the staff here was very friendly and welcoming, and they knew a lot about the community and the Marlton, New Jersey area. The leasing agent I spoke to was very helpful and very eager to help me find what I needed, and she made sure to ask a lot of questions so she could help me as best as she could. The unit she showed me was offered at a great price for the area, and included lots of standard amenities and features that normally cost more at other places. The community is conveniently located, not too far from the New Jersey Turnpike, which makes it easy to travel to different places. Shopping centers and restaurants are not too hard to find, and some are probably within walking distance of the property. The community is in a quieter, laid back part of town that is not too busy, but it is a short drive to bigger, more active cities like Philadelphia and Atlantic City. I think the community is definitely the best property I have seen in the Marlton area so far, and I would recommend it to anyone who needed to move there.

The leasing agent was professional and courteous. She took her time and did not rush the interaction. She asked for my business and made me feel like I would do business at this location.

But we are having a small maintenance issue our we our garbage disposal and dishwasher I will create a service ticket today.
Also we are still having issue with our across the way tenants in building 809; they are still PARKING inthe turn around area. I was wandering when with the pavement going to be mark as NO PARKING.

The community was nice enough, however I thought that the apartment was a little small and average in features for what the monthly rental rate is.
