The community is well kept and maintained. The floor plan is spacious.

The staff was very friendly and the service was exceptional. Everything was clean and well kept. If I were in the market, I would not hesitate to move into this community.

I would be very comfortable living there and specifically that it was dog friendly, had an enclosed area set up as a dog park, walking paths and close to my current neighborhood, shopping and amenities. From the well groomed grounds and exterior of the buildings, professionalism of the staff, the community was welcoming.

It is a very peaceful and quiet community that is well maintained and situated in close proximity to great shopping and nightlife.

This community has many things to offer. The staff had good knowledge of all aspects of the community. The apartments were nicely designed and spacious. The cost was a bit more than most of this caliber, but would be worth it for the peace and tranquility it presented.

For the amount of rent charged, I would expect more amenities. They did not have a pool. The residents could use the pool at a sister location that was 15 minutes away. As someone who likes to cook, I find the sink being across from the stove awkward and unnatural. The grounds were beautifully kept and the flowers were immaculate.

If I was looking for an apartment, I would defiantly consider moving here based on my tour and my interaction with the staff. Everybody spoke to me and was eager to answer any question. It was a classy place with professionals who make me want to call this home.

The associate was one of the best leasing agents I have ever encountered. She did not come across scripted and did not make the conversation just about the apartment. She painted a good picture of the apartment, community and management company. She was very friendly and helped solve my potential problems with furniture fitting and sold value for the price. The community is beautiful.

The agent was exceptional. She made sure to ask all the basic questions; however, she went above and beyond to tell me about the community and the convenience of everything. She made every attempt to paint a nice picture of the community. She escorted me on the golf cart for more convenience. She consistently pointed out things that she felt would be a benefit to me and my son. She offered to have me return to show the apartment of interest when available. I would most likely lease based on her approach alone.

I would lease this property because I like having second floor with the washer and dryer upstairs. You do not feel like you are confined to an apartment. The windows seemed to block out any noise from the outside. I would like parking to be a bit closer.
