The Leasing Professional was very attentive and welcoming. She was dressed professionally. She spoke highly about the community and the apartments. The available apartment was very clean, the apartment that we toured was very clean, it was spacious and landscaping around the community was also well maintained.

This was a highly maintained and just simply gorgeous community with well-manicured lawns and amenities. The community was a footstep away from a shopping center full of eateries, a grocery market, a bank, and plenty more.

I loved this community; it looked like a resort. The trees made the place feel like home, and everything was impeccably maintained.

The community was nicely maintained and free of debris. I asked a resident and was helped to the leasing office. Once arrived, the pool was right next door and the residents were enjoying themselves.

I would say the agent was full of energy, and she seem very generous and liked to talk and made sure she helped the potential residents selected an apartment home that met their needs.

The community was very well kept and clean. The leasing professional was extremely engaging and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to find an apartment that suited my needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the property. The leasing professional that I was with helped the tour go explicitly well. I found that the amenities served me and what I needed for a place to call my own. I can say that the apartment for the value was very affordable and based upon it being a luxury apartment community, I would not hesitate to suggest it to a family looking to move in and or a single person. The location of where the community was located was not too far from local stores and other communities and conveniences.

I would definitely recommend this community. The community offered dual tennis courts, a pool, a fitness center, and in-apartment appliances that were attractive and appealing to future residents. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The community seemed to be a safe and beautiful community with additional nearby conveniences that any future resident would greatly appreciate. The leasing agent was also very knowledgeable, personable, warm and friendly. The welcoming atmosphere was an additional benefit.

I honestly would recommend this community to anyone. The community felt like home. From the trees that surrounded the buildings to the staff I felt as if I was in a resort.

This was a flawless, quiet, and very attractive community. The community was just a footstep away from a neighborhood shopping center, colleges, downtown West Chester and so much more.

The property is very well kept and has a peaceful ambiance. The amenities are nice. The pool area is large. I could recommend this property.
