This is a quiet living community engulfed with tall trees and well kept buildings. The maintenance were busy changing out old flower beds and draining the pool for the season. Everyone looked pleasant and content. I did not see any other residents while there. The location was ideal, as it is not far from a major highway 202 that runs north and south into Delaware. My experience was pleasant and the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the community.

I would definitely rent from this apartment community. I felt extremely at home and welcomed from the second I walked in. The staff was so kind and really put out an effort to fit my needs and make me comfortable. The features and landscape of the community was perfect, I felt like I was visiting a high end resort. Everything was extremely well kept and well groomed. I loved it!

This community is outstanding in many ways. It is close to many stores and conveniences. It is off the main highway and in its own area. The grounds were beautifully manicured and landscaped with beautiful flowers. The apartments were very eye appealing from the outside. Inside the actual apartment felt a bit cramped. The biggest drawback was the price.
