This community had a comfortable and natural environment, with beautifully maintained grounds. It was in a great location, with a lot of shopping nearby. It felt like it was a bit off the beaten path.

This is a beautiful community. The only downside was the apartments are a little small. For a couple this would be a perfect place to live, but for a couple and two children the space of the apartment itself would need to be a little larger.

I thought the community itself was very well kept. Nothing looked to be in disrepair. I especially liked the "quiet" feel of the community, the large tree and the "woody" kind of color scheme. The clubhouse was really impressive. I loved the exposed stone and rafters. The fitness center was unique in setup and view. I did like that they offered a one bedroom with a den, which was very nice size as described to me. That was a definite option if I were to move to the community. The apartment price was along par with other apartments in the area, for the kind of amenities and the quality of the apartment. I was really impressed. It was not crazy over the top, but it very cozy and comfortable feeling.

The community lived up to it name, with sturdy, attractive buildings and a sufficient amount of amenities for residents to enjoy. The leasing professional was fully committed to making my experience great.

While I did like the community and the features, I do wish they had a playground, and allowed more guests to come to the pool. I also think the air conditioning condensers outside of the smaller room would not be good for anyone. I think the noise would be bothersome.

The community gives a family vibe and welcoming demeanor. The features offered are normal and what you can find at other properties, but the feel of the property gives off a warmness. That alone is the reason I would rent from them.
