This was an attractive community. The clubhouse and pool areas were welcoming and comfortable. The renovations sound like they will increase the desire to live in the community. The community and adjacent neighborhood allow for a pleasant walking experience without immediately coming into range of a major road.

Overall this property was amazing. Once I visited the community the leasing professional did sell the apartment.

The community was attractive and appealing. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for somewhere to live. The pool and tennis courts are particularly desirable, but it seems the pricing structure is unfair since whether you live there one year or ten years, you pay the same amount.

It was a very attractive property to visit and tour. Everything was in place and well maintained. It seemed more like a resort for a season than a place you would call home all year around.

When I entered the hallway the office was to the right. There was a glass wall and door. The door was closed. It would be more inviting to have the door open. I was unsure if I should go in.

Overall, the community was very appealing. It was clean and well maintained. The landscaping for the community was nicely kept. The community also offered great amenities, a pool, fitness center and a business center. This is definitely a community one would enjoy calling home.

I would recommend the community because I liked it myself. I thought it was beautiful with the natural setting and many trees. I found the landscaping to be very appealing. The leasing staff was welcoming and helpful.

The most unique about the property was the clubhouse. The architecture was impressive and it looked like an old house that was remodeled. The apartment offered what I would expect for the price that was being offered.
