My overall experience was great. I was shown everything I asked for and then some. I was also told about things to do in the area, where shopping was etc. The leasing agent was very professional and knowledgeable about the community and areas around the community. I felt at home, and was given exceptional treatment throughout my entire visit.

I was greeted by staff as soon as I came to the leasing office. The staff member remembered our call and had all the information readily available. I was led throughout the clubhouse to show all the amenities and asked if I had any questions. I was told about the community as I was led to the apartment. The apartment was very clean with all modern appliances and updates. The community was beautiful with many flowers and well kept.

The community was well maintained and the updates to the individual apartments, including the granite countertop, appliances, and cabinetry helped in justifying the rental rate, especially with the amenities, including the resort-style pool and 24 hour fitness center. The amenity fee was excessive.
