The leasing professional was naturally engaging and effectively created a rapport with me. I felt the leasing professional would have been able to help me find the perfect home. She showcased the amenities and features of the apartment in a positive manner and offered to show me an apartment under renovation (painting) so I could see the differences in appliances.

The community had a lot to offer for the monthly rent. I thought the community was in an excellent area.

The long haired carpet in these apartments sounded interesting.

The community and amenities were amazing, and the leasing consultant that gave me the tour pointed out things to me that I would not have paid attention to or noticed.

This property is great. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and helped me to make my decision about leasing from them. The amenities that I was shown were very accommodating to my personal needs, like have computer and printer access and gym use 24 hours daily.

The property is conveniently located at the southwest corner of Stonebridge and Virginia Avenue. It is clean and well maintained. It is surrounded by shopping, restaurants and entertainment and the The Clubs at Stonebridge Ranch Golf Course. The property offers an array of floor plans with built-in microwaves, washer/dryer connections, fireplaces, ceiling fans and garden tubs.

My experience as a customer based on this interaction was complete. The community was nestled in the middle of all that McKinney had to offer. Located in the prestigious Stonebridge residential neighborhood close to nearby shopping, dining, sports venues and world class golfing courses. They provide a resident with exceptional services and beautiful surroundings. A country like atmosphere yet with an easy access to the city with plenty of room to live in. The floor plans are spacious with custom home accents and energy efficient features. The amenities are modern and the living is care-free and comfortable. A place where one would be proud to call home.

This was a great community. They offered upgrade options, a media room, a clubroom, fitness center, computer room and swimming pools. The community was gated with garages available.

I was very impressed with the staff and the property. Both leasing agents showed concern and a positive attitude towards tenants and new customers. I absolutely loved what the community had to offer their tenants. The landscaping and the care that is shown in the apartments on the inside and out are a positive aspect when a customer is looking for a new home.

I would most likely recommend this community to others. Great attention was paid to detail in the upkeep of the community.

I have driven by this apartment community for the past 10 years and I would have not imagined that they were as nice as what I had seen today. If I had not signed a new lease at my current apartment complex last week then I would consider moving to this apartment since it is in the same middle school that my daughter is going to. The apartment didn't fit my need due to the size and floor level. I checked the website for availablity before I called or visited so I knew they didn't have any 2 bedrooms available and nothing on the first floor until June/July so I inquired about a one bedroom instead. Also, the community didn't offer a play ground for my children but a very nice courtyard and close area parks. I have seen and visited many apartments for my personal likings and I would have to say that the Leasing Professional will be one of the most memorable leasing agents that I will probably meet. She was very genuine and truthful. She cared rather I loved the apartment and the community rather than just making a sale and getting commission.

The community is one of the very best that I have ever seen. I commend the staff for a job very well done.
