I love the cleanliness of this community and the visual appearance. Overall, it is well maintained and great to live in. Thank you.

At night, the lighting to the entrance is not sufficient and is kind of dark when you pull in and around the curve to the entry gate. There is light on the sign but not any on the driveway entrance.

I liked the location and the associates seemed welcoming. They were friendly and and caring.

I do think the units are nice, the cost for size of units and amenities do seem to be diminishing in value and friends could find newer units with better upgrades for same pricing.

As stated previously, the foundation of the property is in need of repair. The solution is to paint over the problems, which does not fix the problem.

This is the second time I have lived here. I came back because of the location and the people

Quiet, smaller, not many noisy neighbors or party animals like I had in the last complex.
Rarely hear my upstairs neighbors...maybe the soundproofing is good...my last neighbors were horrible and the floor between let all their sounds, bangs, arguments, talking, etc. come down to me. This complex is much much better!
Only issue is the parking. There are so few open spots near the first buildings but so many more by the back buildings. Visitors have to shop around and then walk a ways.
Plus, Bldg. 3 is the only one with no number on the outside. Visitors have a hard time finding my building even though I give them directions.

The apartments are spacious and there is great storage. The downside is electic cost and older appliances that don't perform as well.

The location is convenient to shopping and the highway. The neighborhood where the complex is located is safe.

Great location and pretty good price.

Rent is too high, valet garbage is a total waste of money, parking spaces very limited and roads/walkways are not sanded or salted when we experience bad weather.

Not a peaceful place to live; walls and floor too thin.

This apartment community is affordable, close to grocery and other stores, and also is a strong family oriented location.

The community is in a great school district and close to a lot of community activities. Also, it seems to be maintained well.

I have in the past and I will continue to recommend the Villas to friends and acquaintances or anyone else who asks my opinion.
