I would not recommend the community due to the office staff. Its not worth dealing with them to live here.

It is run down and for the same dollar amount you can have a much nicer place in McKinney. The woodwork, carpet, and cabinets are run down. The landings are dirty from trash drippings and some steps are loose. members do not follow rules and leave trash out all the time and not in bins. The only reason I would think of telling someone to live here is location. The apartment gets older and uglier but the rent continues to climb.

There is not enough parking. And when I can find a spot it's on the other or outside of the complex. Covered parking and garages are extra and are over priced since my vehicle won't fit without blocking others. I would move but I need to be in the school district.

The fees now for he likes they rent have sky-rocketed beyond reasonable. I would rather buy a house than pay these rates.

It is getting old and in need of refurbishing. As it is, the rent rate should be lower than all the new Apts.

I live such a busy life. From working full time to going to school full time and raising a very active 12 year old boy by myself. This apartment community makes my life so easy! I don't know what I would do without them.

Zoso Flats is a very well managed building and I'm glad that I lie here. Jenna is great at answering pretty much any question and is always very responsive/well informed. Dan does an amazing job, he's able to address every issue quickly and effectively. My only complaints are very minor. I'd like for it to be easier for visitors to get to my apartment. I think more signs and a callbox on P1 would help with that.

This was a very pleasant visit. The agent was amazing. Knowledge, pride, and genuine interest made for a great experience. The property was beautiful. It was landscaped with green and brightly colored shrubs and flowering plants. It was clean, and in very well maintained condition. Immaculate might describe it, but vibrant and inviting were what I felt when I was there. I would live at this community, no questions asked, if I were a regular customer.
