Fundamentally, I'm satisfied with my experience here. I do have a concern about the lack of attention that's paid to the roads and walkways within the community, especially during winter months. Ice accumulates on staircases, walkways, and roads. I've noticed that during these periods, deicing is only done at front office and NOWHERE ELSE. Attention to this detail must be stressed.

The cement is cracking on driveway. Several large cracks on exterior brick on buildings. Continuous large cracks, which have been patched several times in 3 different rooms, was last repaired 5 months ago and needs repair again.

I have been very satisfied with the services here. I'm not renewing my contract only because I'm moving to South Carolina. The staff has been satisfactory in every aspect for my needs. Only complaint is the parking, there just isn't enough space for the cars. I was always parking in the fire zone by the dumpsters.

Kasey is definitely a gift to The Villas. She always has time to listen and makes you feel like a friend versus a tenant. We have enjoyed our almost 2 years at The Villas, but there is definitely some competition in the area now and when rates get raised as much as they are now and we don't have any upgrades compared to what is around us, we can't justify keeping our family at The Villas. Stonebridge (McKinney) is known as a place to be outside with your family. The grounds at The Villas don't offer much for familes. The pool is extremely small, so why not add a true play area, basketball court, putting green, dog park, etc.? Need something fun for complex and families. New gym equipment, huge plus/asset and looks great! Paint on exterior buildings is awesome! Manny and Pastor (maintenance) are amazing and pleasant.

Explain price increase factors at time of renewal.

Make speed bumps into speed tables, I may have no shocks left by the time I leave here. Make entrance gate rail system flushed with asphalt like they do with train tracks. The rail is sharp and could damage tires. Has been unopenable as well many times or has been left open, which defeats the purpose of a gate system. Courtyards have a lot of standing water, indicating need for a trench drainage system. Also, parking lot has no drain system, so I have a big lake of water near my apartment after it rains.

Maintenance is exceptional. Sometimes, landscapers don't do a good job, especially in the back of the complex. They don't always do a good job sweeping the parking lot, either. They get in a hurry and sweep from the parking lot into the breezeway.

I have recommended Villas at Stonebridge to others. It is hard to find anything negative to say. At times, after getting a voicemail when I have called the office, I have not gotten a response back. It would be my preference to have this be a nonsmoking community.

Beautiful property! Staff is always friendly and responsive. Would appreciate a rent dropbox for checks after hours. I like to write checks instead of paying online.

Adequate parking for residents and/or visitors is my only concern. Some nights I have to walk really far to my building because all closer parking is being used.

The place is clean and well kept. The landscaping will improve with the amount of rain we received. Improvement of egym is appreciated. More community events would be nice.

Very nice and responsive staff. Great experience.

Too few places to park. I only have 1 car, but other tenants must have 2 or more. If I get back to apartment after 5:00 p.m., it is often full and I have to park on other side of apartments. We should be recycling. It would be easy to provide small containers (like trash containers) for recycling. We are a huge community and we should be doing this, certainly in 2015. Some neighbors put trash out during all hours and on days trash is not picked up. It stays outside for 2-3 days.

The entire staff at The Villas is WONDERFUL. From the office personnel to the maintenance staff, everyone is professional. pleasant, respectful, and genuinely seems to care about the community! I would definitely tell a friend. The location is perfect and close to businesses and shops, but yet sort of tucked away from the busyness of the city. I really enjoy living here!

Very please with this community and management team. In fact, it was the management and the way they conduct themselves and their professionalism that got me to rent here. I really like the management crew. Kasey, Ryan, and the rest are great!
