Gnats I’m sinks, garbage can in garage smells and seems unsanitary. I would expect higher quality finishes for the high cost of rent. Staff are great.

Lack of security. Cameras at the pool but nothing by mail, or front office. My car has been vandalized twice and some shady activity with some tenants that puts some fear being a single parent.

The Leasing Professional was excellent, and the community was fantastic. I would recommend this community to others. The amenities were modern. The community was well maintained.

The units are a bit out dated. The kitchen and bathroom are not updated. The buildings are very nice looking and a great location.

Itâs very quiet at night, despite of my upstairs neighbor walking hard or banging on something but I guess that what happens when someone lives above you .. overall the apartments are kept clean of debris and trash .I really like it here

This apart is very small and I was not expecting the living area to be as small as it is. I feel that the monthly rent is way to high for the square footage. I do however love how well maintained the complex is and feel very safe.

Everything about this experience was exceptional. I was well informed and made to feel like this was a good place for me to live. The apartment was attractive and the community had well-maintained amenities.
