The community has great amenities to offer to all their residents. It is worth the drive to visit. It is maintained and it super clean.

I would recommend the apartment community. It had amenities not found elsewhere such as a whirlpool spa and 24 hour fitness center. It had a very large covered garage that provided significant storage space. The grass was bright green and free from debris. The community provided a lot of amenities which would provide a high quality of life. The apartment community provided everything I was looking for.

I found the property to be very appealing. The apartment I was shown was very clean and hardly looked over six years old. The grounds looked impeccable, and I did not see any visible trash or anything else that looked out of place.

This is a beautiful gated community located in NE Fresno. It has gorgeous amenities and landscaping throughout the community. There are several floor plans to choose from offering something for everyone. The apartments come with washer/dryer units as well as attached garages. This is a fantastic community affording you all of the luxuries you're looking for.

This was a beautiful neighborhood and community. The size of the rooms was quite impressive.

It was a very nice, upscale community. They were spacious, well designed homes with connected garages. The rental rate was a bit high for what was offered but normal for the area.

Just moved into the Cotswolds. It's actually quite amazing here and it has a country club feel to it. The complex is very beautiful and right outside the gate is the nicest area in Fresno to eat, drink, and shop. Also, I had no idea apartment staff could be so helpful and accommodating. The management bent over backwards to work with us when we moved from our house to our apartment unit. Christian and Angelica did an awesome job covering every detail of what we needed to do to get moved in. They were both so courteous and helpful. And once we moved in, Eric was there to fix a sticky faucet within an hour of us reporting it. Another gentleman was there before that to fix a minor air conditioning problem and also added freon because he felt it needed charging. Wow, that's service!
On the downside, I agree that the rent could be a couple hundred bucks less as it is rather steep. Ceiling fans would be nice too. Outside of that, it's the best complex we saw when we were apartment hunting.

I've been at Cotswolds for the past few years. Overall it is a great apartment community. Heather and Kim used to do a great job at the office.

The new staff (young gal) is not sincere or accommodating. I actually find her to be quite rude. If the office is set to close at 6:00pm, the doors should not be locked at 5:50pm...

Management needs to correct the office issues shortly...

I enjoyed living in these apartments very much. Location is wonderful, and it is clean and safe! The new management is great and has always had the most friendly, and helpful maintenance!..I recommend living here for sure!

The community speaks for itself. I love the design and would have loved to see other layouts. I would be happy living there. I love the area as well.

I have lived here for about 8 months and my experience has been pretty good overall. The complex is in a really good location and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the library. The staff are all helpful and maintenance issues are resolved really quickly. The pool is nice, but the gym is just okay. They are accommodating to pets and the pet deposits/rent aren't TOO outrageous (and comparable for the area). They have lots of conveniently placed trashcans with baggies to clean up after your dog. Unfortunately, I feel like I'm one of the only people who actually uses them, so you have to be careful when walking through grassy areas.

I really wish the apartment had ceiling fans. We have vaulted ceilings, which I believe contributed to some outrageous PG&E bills during the summer. I think ceiling fans would at least help a little with keeping the apartment cooler. I also think the rent is a little steep. I do love having a garage and in unit washer/dryer. The second bedroom is tiny and is pretty cramped with just a full size bed, night stand, and small TV stand, but the master is HUGE. The kitchen and living area are nice because everything is open. We have a nice balcony, but can't really use it in the summer because it gets direct sun all day long and just gets too hot.

Overall, this is a good place to live. If they came down on the rent about $200 I feel the value would be greater.

We have lived at the Cotswolds for about a year and have really enjoyed it. It is clean, well kept, safe, near a school, nice staff and great location. I also love the look of the apartments inside and out. The club house is very nice. The gym and bathrooms are nice, but the gym tv's do not have cable like promised. Whenever I need something to be fixed within the HOUR it is usually taken care of! AWESOME!!
My only two suggestions is rent should be less ( especially if you renew your lease), and the crew last summer could have been more accommodating to children at the pool. They don't like when cleaning up one goldfish cracker interferes with their smoke break:)
Overall, this is my favorite apartment/condos we have ever lived in and if you have to live in Fresno, this is the best place by far!!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Cotswold apartments. The agent did a nice job showing off the community in a way that was appealing to me. I felt that she really listed to what my needs and wants were and focused on those. The property was in great condition and they offered a lot of great amenities for what they were asking in rent.

I believe it was a very nice complex. However, I feel they are asking too much in rent for just a two bedroom/two bathroom.
