The apartments are located in a high-end neighborhood in Fresno. The community has an old world look, with the grounds well maintained. The pool area is nice, but not spectacular. The fitness room was nice and appeared to have updated equipment. There are no exterior stairwells. The community seems to have fewer amenities than comparable communities in the area that are available at the same or similar rents.

We have rented here for about 3 years and have loved it. The complex is professionally run and the unit maintained well. Love the location...great restaurants!

The apartments at the this site were very simple yet elegant. The stairways leading up from the garage gave an added amount of security and privacy that is rare in apartments these days.

The community itself was beautiful, almost flawless. With the cost of the monthly rent, I would expect the agents to be exceptional.

Id recommend it with the caveat to not take a unit near the pool. The staff has it under control now, and has for a while, but weve been here (quite near the pool) over five years and there have been months at a time when, no matter what the staff or security tried, significant noise several times a week at all times of the night was a problem.

Quiet, safe, always have our maintenance requests solved quickly, good gym and pool area. Nice resident dinners.
