Driving up, you immediately get the sense the community was well cared for and inviting. The grounds were neatly landscaped and trash and debris free. The pool, spa, and fitness room were clean and well maintained. The Leasing Agent was friendly and clearly proud to represent the community. The community was located in an upscale area and well situated close to supermarkets and neighborhood restaurants. There is an award-winning elementary school across the street with a number of family-friendly parks nearby. This was a community worth visiting.

These are lovely apartments with all attached garages.

The community offered a spacious two bedroom apartment that was nicely upgraded to include wood flooring. The laundry and attached garage were a plus. The community amenities were appealing. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

Would recommend because of location, security, cleanliness, and apt features (upgrades/attached garage). Downsides have only been cost (more expensive than most, but not terrible) and noisy upstairs neighbors.

Everything has been satisfactory in my apartment as far as the living conditions go. Maintenance is always really good about responding to my requests and getting the repairs that need to be done finished in a timely manner. Everyone is also willing to work around my schedule when it comes to doing things in my apartment since I work unusual hours. It's much appreciated. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful when I need anything done or have any questions. It's also nice to be able to attend the community events when I can and meet some of my neighbors in the complex.

This was a clean and quiet community located in NE Fresno, close to Woodward Park and Friant Road. Apartments were spacious and included stainless appliances, new plank flooring and a washer/dryer. Amenities included a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool/spa area, covered or garage parking and the community was also pet friendly. Staff was accommodating and professional.

Our family lives too far away to think of considering your complex as a rental.

The apartments were more like condos and were spacious. The amenities were nice. The leasing professional was congenial and led an informative tour.
