It really feels like "home". It doesn't look like a typical apartment complex (which most are very bland and dull looking). Our complex looks really nice and it's well maintained.

This community is conveniently located to shopping and dining. The grounds are well maintained. The floor plans are well designed. The staff is friendly and professional.is a large community in a nice shopping area.

I was very impressed and honestly a little disappointed that I could not physically see an apartment. If I was looking, I would rent here based on what I saw and the leasing agent's presentation.

The common areas of the community were clearly well maintained. The leasing professional had my previous information ready and was very professional. During the visit, she was able to create a rapport with small talk and follow up questions. While presenting the apartment, the leasing professional was engaging. She personalized the discussion by pointing out features that would benefit my situation. The community was presented in a way that made it a value for the price. I am likely to recommend this community to other family members or friends.

The community amenities struck me as appealing; the latest and greatest. The upkeep of common areas throughout the community was flawless. The leasing professional came across as captivating. I would recommend this community. It had unique, impressive features such as the interior stairways to the upper floor units as well as a stairway that led down to the attached garage. The pool was large and impressive.

I would definitely consider leasing at this community. It is very beautiful and well manicured. Almost park like setting. I was most impressed with the level of quiet for such a large community.

The community was clean and quiet. I did not see any of the amenities, so cannot comment on those. The photos of the apartment looked to be attractive. There was a lot of closet and storage space and a nice balcony area.
GREAT AREA TO LIVE!
Perfect location in Fresno! The exterior is beautiful and very well maintained, definitely what first attracted me to this complex. The attached garage and laundry room really sealed the deal for me. It's quiet and neighbors are respectful. Unfortunately, I can't say great things about the office staff here. They are very nice until they get you to sign the lease, and have been dishonest and even rude since then. It's disappointing to say the least, to have terrible representation of such a beautiful community.
