I visited a great community with lots of amenities. The location and staff are great.

The leasing agent was great, she was very knowledge about the property. She did a great job. The apartment grounds are very neat and well kept. The pool is very clean, and the surroundings around it are neat and organized. There are several near by stores to shop in, with two large shopping centers, and they are in walking distance to the apartment community.

I enjoyed my visit to the community. The leasing agent took control and led the presentation well. He was very detailed and the presentation was enticing.

The property had some good highlights about it. It seems as if they will try to go out their way to make the residents happy. I have never came across an apartment with cable and washer and dryer included. The trash compactor was very nicely done you can’t tell that is the trash area. I was very impressed to see the bicycles for the residents to sign out and they can keep it as long as they like. They had books available to read you can take a book and return it whenever. It is a very nice property

It was definitely an older community but the amenities were well maintained.

This community was in a convenient location and offered an exceptional one bedroom floor plan. The carpet in the apartment I saw looked tired and I would have asked for it to be replaced. I rated the value as tolerable because I would not want to be forced to pay for cable TV.
