I couldn't be as positive as a few months ago. During the winter, my A/C unit was running at 82 degrees all day long. My washing machine with a knob that swirls around, stained three loads of laundry, including a $100 lab coat and a brand new Brooks Brothers shirt, because the transmission broke on it. This doesn't even include the one time a probation officer knocked on the patio door looking for some random person. I have never had any of these things happen before in an apartment, and I've lived in much older apartments. The only thing that keeps me here are the nice leasing office people.

This property is in a great location away from the busy Raleigh area, yet easy access to get anywhere. You are right across from multiple shopping and food areas. It has everything you could ever ask for, yet has a smaller town feel.

It is an attractive apartment community located within walking distance of the busy new Knightdale shopping area, just a block off New Bern Avenue and Route 540. The seven year old community has all the comforts of home with a full time maintenance crew to take care of it!

I feel the agents should give more information on the community and the surrounding amenities. There needs to be more curb appeal.

I really enjoyed visiting the property. The location was wonderful and the amenities really set the bar high.

The leasing agent was very professional as well as knowledgeable about the apartments and the amenities offered. I was shown the features and benefits that pertained to me as a potential resident.

I enjoy upgrades in the kitchen. I enjoy being able to be proud to show my place to others, and I definitely would be able to do this living here.

The on-site visit was outstanding. The telephone experience with the same agent was not informative. It was rushed, and she answered only questions or gave out information on the property that I asked for.

This property was a great show case. It was clean and open. There were residents using the pool at the time of the shop. The property was located behind a shopping center in walking distance. There was a day care center available close to the property and schools. There was a car wash area available.

I loved that all rooms come equipped with ceiling fans.

The LPC professional was polite and pleasant. The LPC professional had no problem engaging in conversation. She was maybe too laid back and should have taken more of a lead in the showing of the actual unit. The LPC Professional was very strong in the close when asking for the fees and getting me to hold a unit. The complex is very nice and has some great amenities. I really like the computer area that is built in.

The place looks nice. I will recommend the place if I know of someone looking in that area.

The community looked like a great place to live. It was close to a shopping center and restaurants. The amenities were great and there was a lot of green space.

I felt that the leasing professional was nice. The fact that I was not informed about any amenities such as a pool and what was around area or what was in the apartments really turned me away from this community. I really like to be sold on a product, and I think this visit fell very short of that especially for a company charging almost $1000 for a two bedroom apartment.
