100 better than apartments I have lived in before. Feels more like my home. Crown molding, stone accents outside are nice touches. The grill at the pool is AWESOME. The clubhouse and pool area are just primo. Staff are magnificent Pet friendly community. Love the dog park.

I very much enjoyed visiting this community. I felt welcomed and the agent made me feel that she cared about finding the right apartment home for me. The property was immaculate and a place a person would be proud to say was their home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment home in the Knightdale area.

This community was fabulous. The service I received was exceptional. I could tell that they are the type of property management company who really cares about their residents' happiness.

The apartment had wonderful features and was priced reasonably for the features. The agent presented the apartment very well. She was friendly and provided a detailed tour. The grass was growing a little to high in front of the larger one bedroom apartment that I saw. Other than that, the apartment and the agent were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

I thought the property and amenities were really in tip top shape. I thoroughly enjoyed the way the model was furnished. I thought the leasing agent to be one of the most professional I have come across.

This is a pleasant community in a convenient location for commuters. The property seemed well maintained and the staff truly caring. The residents I encountered seemed happy being there. However, I could not help feeling that there was something missing. It could use some pizzazz of some sort.

I would love to call this community home. They have everything I could ever want.

This seemed to be a nice community in a good location. Overall, it seemed to be offering an average amount of amenities for the price and was pretty comparable to other apartments I have seen in the area.

I would definitely lease with this community. It seemed very well kept, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. It is located in and area where amenities are across the street and accessible to residents. The leasing consultant did a great job of showcasing all of the amenities and features.

The property curb appeal was very nice. The amenities were more than expected with the super large swimming pool deck to the wooden cabinets in the apartments. I like the large windows and high ceilings with ceiling fans. The property is well maintained with no sign of debris. I like the 24 hour on-site maintenance. I would enjoy calling this property home.
