I thought that the community was nice. I liked that it had all the shopping conveniences nearby and was close enough to where I could walk. The staff was nice. The model was nice and really felt like a home and not like an apartment.

I was quite impressed with the apartment and the service. The facilities were top notch, and they were ordering new furniture for the clubhouse. They were building a new grilling area at the pool. The amenities were terrific, something for everybody. The community was adjacent to a huge shopping center. I loved the two bedroom apartment floor plan. It was very special. The landscaping was truly inspirational. I thought Caroline did a great job of selling me an apartment, and I think I would be very comfortable at Greystone.

I observed on my own that the apartment community was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. While driving to the community, I noticed it was close to all of the major highways, shopping centers and restaurants.

The leasing professional was exceptional, adding value to the leasing experience.

Great staff, clean well manicured grounds, responsible residents for the most part (a few exceptions), quiet yet close to everything!

I was very impressed with the staff and the community itself. It is nice, and the apartments are very nice.

The pricing was a little high. I also would not prefer to have an apartment with the washer/dryer included and cable included in the bill. I would rather those be options I could customize myself.

The leasing professional was was very enthusiastic and had an exceptional customer service approach. She learned my needs and consistently built rapport.

Downsize:

The neighbors can be noise and smoker are awful. Hard to keep the windows open to enjoy fresh air when you smell smoke from the smokers from their porch. HORRIBLE

They NEED open up the parking space in front of each building for just a loading and unloading area infront of each building. Having parking right at the entrance is HORRIBLE, when you trying to unload grocery and even moving in and out. You can not get thru to due to all the cars and no parking to do this period. I can walk across in distance parking place, often due. But really. The resident personal Trucks and large vechicles , back up with their tail end sticking over half of the sidewalk IS A walking lawsuit for accessible to Handicap and people walking in the dark or such.

This place has alot to offer if they can fix the parking in front of building of not being allowed. I know the bottom apartments would love that, not having headlights in their windows all the time.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The floor plans are large and provide a home-like feel. The location is situated in area that provides easy access to everything.

I would love to live at this community as it had a wonderful lifestyle it offered to the residents. It was appealing in every aspect and offered so much by its location.

It was a lovely apartment community. It had everything that I would need. The model home was very attractive. I also noticed that the community was being painted on the exterior of all of the apartments. The leasing professional was enthusiastic and eager for me to be a part of the community.

nice but expensive...a lot of people with dogs who don't pick up after their pooches

Even raining this is a massively attractive property. It is behind a plaza but adds value to the community either way. I would have my family and friends live there or just visit.
