The community is in a convenient location, although looking at the back of the market is a negative. It is pretty well maintained, but there was really nothing special about it. I thought it was a bit overpriced.

This property is gorgeous and for the right price. The apartment is very spacious and maintained very well. The customer service given to me was amazing. It was almost like talking to a co-worker on lunch. We are both from Pennsylvania, and just moved down here, so we compared commutes and talked about spouses as we were going through my apartment needs. The other leasing professional was very nice also.

The community was just a regular community. There was not anything outstanding about it. For the price, I could find other more impressive apartments that were more specious and offered better amenities. I did not feel the "wow" effect.

The property was well maintained and looked quite new, even though it was 10 years old. The staff seemed friendly and personable.

I did not rent an apartment here and lost $313 because the rental agent Aimee Long refused to refund my application fee and deposit despite my having informed her that my financial analysis revealed I could not afford the rent. She wrote into the application that the refund would not be available after 10/2/15, although she was not available to receive my documents until 10/5/15. Further, she told me the HCA apartment model that I had previously viewed was unavailable and the price of the one-bedrooms was going up. I count this as a costly lesson.

The community offers a lot for their residents to make it a fun and enjoyable place to live. It is very convenient to a lot of things to do in the area.

The apartment was modern and the layout out was sophisticated and appealing. The architecture design was better than most properties, and it had style.
