The interiors are a rich design accented with remarkable woodwork and attention to detail. They are in a prime Richardson location with many nearby neighborhood conveniences. My impression of the staff was that they were a group of friendly, helpful, knowledgeable professionals. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

The environment is appealing. There is a park with a running trail that is a plus for me, since I like to go running outside. The gym is fully equipped. The community has three swimming pools, which mean all the pool areas will not always be over crowded. The floor plans are spacious and well utilized, with spacious closets and separate dining areas. This is a community I will definitely consider living at.

The leasing office is cramped and unfriendly and closed off from the club room. Having the model at the other end of the community allows the resident to see the park and the nice town-feel, but there is very little retail and the roads seem deserted. The model's bedroom is set up very awkwardly. It makes the room look small and unusable for anyone with a triple dresser. It is close to the DART, but the town looks deserted and unused.
