You better always keep renters insurance. Two kitchen ceiling leaks and $2600 later....
Absolutely useless Leasing staff and maintenance.
Leasing staff doesn't really care if stuff gets taken care of and Never follows up with maintenance staff to see that its done. Nice apartments tho if you have the time to just fix everything yourself. Easier that way I guess. WHat a headache.

I loved this property. The staff was friendly, and the property was very clean and modern. This is in a great location with great shops and restaurants nearby. It was beautiful and I loved the amenities.

Maintenance concerns are always a big part of apartment living. We never can predict when or where problems will occur. Lincoln Property Company continues to operate a Preventative Maintenance Program at all of our communities to maintain equipment to avoid problems before they occur. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Having a flood from an upstairs apartment home can be caused by many different factors and renter's insurance is always advised. As with most property owners and management companies, we take care of any repairs to the building structure and apartment home, but we do not cover any personal property belonging to our residents. The fact that this issue has happened in your apartment home twice is terrible. I am truly sorry for the flooding that occurred in your apartment home and trust we have made repairs quickly regarding the damage.
