The property was beautiful and seemed to be very well maintained. The leasing professional gave a good presentation.

This community was clean and neat. The agent seemed nice and genuinely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were having a Cinco De Mayo dinner for the residents. The residents who were in the community and office seemed happy and friendly.

I found the leasing professionals to be very professional and very enthusiastic about the community. The location was prime and right on the train route, making commute easily accessible. I found the community to be a little expensive but found value with all that is offered by the community. The community is definitely a place to consider!

I would recommend this community to anyone. It is the perfect get-away. It is a private location and still within distance to my employer.

I thought the property was nice and very similar to other urban communities I had seen. I did not dislike the apartment and the community, but there was nothing that made it stand out for me. My sales professional was nice and did engage, but there was more that could have been done to sell me on the property.

I did not see the value in living at the property other than the closeness to the DART, as my job is located at another DART station and I would be able to ride it to work. The amount of rent is outrageous for someone who lives alone, unless they make at least $35,000 a year and have no other bills to pay. The agent did not tell me about the businesses located within walking distance. Not impressed at all.

I loved the enclosed hallways, garage parking, trash chutes inside the hallways close, and the convenient elevators. There was a very nice park next to the property which would be great for children or dog walking.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They know the residents by name and the are professional and well groomed. They greet all visitors and residents immediately and tend to their needs when they come in the office. The community was landscaped and maintained meticulously and the apartments are clean, have a pleasant odor, and are move-in ready. This community has all the features you would ever want such as two resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness room with individual cable TVs, a beautiful and inviting club room with game tables, and an attractive business center.

The leasing professional was great during the on-site presentation. If I were in the market for a home in this classification, I would definitely consider leasing here. The amenities were average, but the leasing professional was extraordinary! I was very impressed with his personalized touch. The telephone conversation with the same individual was not as enticing.

great just hope your appliances don't malfunction

I was very impressed with agent's ability to find what I was looking for and then more. The pool area was like at home vacation. All of the equipment at the fitness center was up to date with the latest features. The attitude and the way he described the floor plan with his own ideas for the placement of the furniture and the closet showed that he was trying to make the apartment my own vision. My only concern was the chipped paint on the cabinets and the smell of a smoky bar. The elevators and the hotel feel were very appealing to my taste.

My experience while visiting this property was great. I enjoyed my time there and I also enjoyed the community. The leasing professional was great. The method that he used to present the property was wonderful. In addition to this, the way he detailed and showed me the amenities was terrific. I would highly recommend this property to anyone if asked. I found it to be worthy of leasing and I can imagine that living there would only be better.

The community was very nice, everything looked new and well kept. I thought that the price of the apartments were very reasonable and you have a lot of options with the different floor plans. I did not see much of an area for children to play so as a family person these apartments may not work for me.
