Feedback from an independent evaluator

The leasing professional was friendly but seemed shy. She asked where I was from and how long I had lived in Dallas. She told me she had just moved there from Lubbock. She did show me around in a nice way and walked me through the apartment and pointed out features/benefits, but she was just not bubbly. She did not come across to me as an experienced go getter sales person.

This property was very clean. It had a friendly staff and great infrastructure. Also, I met one of the tenants on the property, who said he and his wife had been there for nine months, and they loved the place.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The property was nice and what I would expect, but nothing to wow me. The leasing professional's selling of the property would have made me move there. Her friendliness and personality was very warm and inviting.

I did feel like I was a bother to the leasing professional. She did not seem focused on the tour and there seemed to be a lot going on around her.
