Some of the people that I know who are renting would not be willing to pay what we are paying. Additionally, many of the amenities are great for me, but are a bit dated for people who expect perfection.

The unit is quiet, which is probably the only reason I might stay. Newer units are all over the area with better appliances, better parking, better garages, better maintenance all for equivalent or better prices.

San Carlos management does an excellent job providing the needs for residents. Lowering monthly payments to attract younger age groups is a good way to improve.

I love where I live. The neighbors are wonderful and the area is clean. I get immediate service and all the workers are nice and helpful. However, parking is horrible!!!
