I love the location and staff yet appliances are way to old. Loads of small laundry take 2-3 60 minute cycles dish washer runs but doesn’t clean so I just hand wash everything. Ice stinks in the 20 year old fridge so you gotta by bag. Makes everything cost more and takes more time.

Hidden charges, increased rent, limited parking, zero grace time for late rent, unhelpful front office, towing my vehicle without notice or warning. Living here is more stressful than it ever should be.

I would not recommend this complex mostly because of the outside appearance. The concrete in front of my unit and other areas is broken, cracked and has risen in many places. This is extremely dangerous.

I already have!! I work part time at Club Greenwood and I have told so many staff members to check out our community due to the fact that its close to DTC while also giving you that feel of not being in the city. LOVE the fact that I can drive LIncoln and Ridgegate and see cows!!!! :)
