In the short time I spent talking with Sharon, she took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, building great rapport with me. I would certainly have leased from her. However, this is about Michel Nichols, for whom I was an interruption. I would not have leased from Michel. Although polite, I found her to be unfriendly and unprofessional. I had to ask all the questions, because she did not volunteer any information. We viewed the outside amenities from the balcony outside the lounge. Michel did not attempt to build rapport with me. I did not find Michel helpful or willing to converse about the features and benefits of either the apartment or community with me. Michel did not link my needs to either the apartment or the community.

The grounds and the amenities were in flawless condition. It appears that management really cares about the property and is willing to invest in the property. The leasing professional came across as caring and enthusiastic about the community. It was an above average experience.

The agent had an amazing personality. I felt like I was speaking to a friend that I had known for years. She was engaging and genuine.
