Parking is terrible
Thank you for taking time to respond to our survey. Our goal is to provide the best customer service. Our parking is tight but please keep in mind everyone has a garage included with your apartment. I wouldn't want to recommend this place mostly because I wouldn't want them to have to deal with an increase in rent every year! $100/mo. Increase. Outrageous .

The down fall in an excellent recommend is.....the extremely high price of rent. None of my friends that would love to live here can afford to! All have visited the property and loved it. They all have gone to neighboring apartments that are new with lower rents.

Even though the rent went up so much and is now not a deal compared to other properties in the area, it is the best dog property ... and the space around the buildings is really nice as one doesn't feel so clustered in.

I incurred significant out of pocket expenses while trying to clean/deodorize the carpet, walls, cabinets, closets and garage in order to make the apartment as livable as it should have been before I moved into it. Initially I was hoping that it would only cost me a small amount of time and money to remedy these issues on my own, but that hasn't been the case. I would be more likely to recommend this community to others if management will be willing to reimburse or compensate me in some way for the improvements that I have made to the apartment out of my own pocket. I'll be contacting them soon regarding this.

Just an outstanding community. Property is very well maintained, the apartments are well maintained, friendly and hard-working staff, maintenance requests handled in a timely fashion, very safe environment, great amenities, very dog-friendly.

Cons: Lack of upgrades, high price, no parking & fake people.
