Visitor parking needs to be monitored, as many of the residents who own multiple cars and commercial autos take up the few spaces, leaving no room for real guests.

We are so impressed with the maintenance staff here. We have had a few issues that were quickly and professionally addressed. Our refrigerator stopped working, we called at 9 a.m., they were here by 9:30 a.m., and it was fixed by 11 a.m. We have had a great experience living here and would strongly recommend this complex!

We just moved in and we love it here! The leasing process was so easy, Michele helped so much.

Visitor parking is very limited. more dog waste locations would be helpful.

I am happy with my townhome. I was disappointed to have a rent increase of over $250 per month. I have never encountered such a huge increase and I feel I should have not been penalized because of the move-in special that was offered to me on my move-in date.

The maintenance staff and office staff have exceeded our expectations. The only problem we have had in 5 years has been the neighbors below us with their loud speaker system.

No parking. Very minor, but some reservations need to occur, such as updated appliances and lamps. Fix parking and do updates, then this would be the best in Denver.

Maintenane is fast, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Improvements could definitely be done. They include updating the insides of the units. They are very dated and not worth the rent amount. Parking is awful.

I very much enjoyed living here. It is quiet, well maintained, and beautiful. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a staff member at the front office at all times.

People do not park in designated garage, they park in mail retrieval locations. Should be strictly enforced as there is no parking. The speed cars travel is not 10 mph.

Gloria is what you are doing right. She runs this place perfectly. Clean, friendly, beautiful, and well maintained.

Maria has been great. When I need something done, she's on it. Gloria also has been very helpful. Nancy in maintenance gets the job done and cleans up after herself.

I have been here for 5 year and i must say it is time to leave. Rent has increase by 15% every year. I can't ask or speak to leasing staff about anything without getting some kind of attitude even if i get a package dropped off by UPS and they don't leave at door and they leave at office. I go to office and I am told by the staff "i hate getting packages for residents. we do this to be nice it such a hassle" Parking is terrible. Residents due have garages but still there is not parking anywhere. There are audit memos to see if garages are used but never followed up. we have called for neighbors blocking drive way and management always just tags cad with warnings never does anything more than warning. We have had a roof leaking water from rain and snow for the past 5 years in the entry way coming from the roof and was told the roof guy would fix but never does so paint keeps cracking. not energy efficient at all.

The pro is the layout. the rooms are also great. the community also dose not fill clustered but has gone down hill. At first i would have recommended but like i said it has gone down hill.

Very nice leasing agent, the office was really white, had a nice feel and conveyed warmth. The property was well maintained and the apartments were stunning.
