The cost continues to increase to the point I am not going to be able to continue living here as I am close to retirement and can't afford it.

Been here 6 years now and I have found my place great, the staff has been great, and all well-maintained - plus convenient location.

Rent keeps going up, soon we won't be able to afford it.

The community is well cared for and the staff are friendly. I am older and have need for more socialization so I will be looking to move to a senior living complex.

I would definitely recommend this community. The location is safe and slightly isolated while at the same time being close to shopping, churches, the freeway, etc. Office personnel is most accommodating and friendly and the maintenance team is so efficient and friendly.

The attached, 'Terms of Use" I perused with some comedic relief. It's just the same old 'boiler plate', that acknowledges everything but attention to our and other thoughtful and conscientious residents.

The walls are paper thin and I’ve filed numerous noise complaints about our upstairs neighbors and nothing has been done about it.

Over price. It’s hard to afford living here.

Other than the prices (which is a problem the entire area suffers from) this is a great place to live and these are great apartments. Love the layouts and the attached garages. Wish there was more or better parking available. Some units have plenty of extra room for a 2nd vehicle but others (like ours) has nothing anywhere nearby. The only visitor parking nearby has a scant 5 or 6 spaces that are perma-taken.

I am leery to suggest this place based on the rent being changed daily until you sign.

Already have recommended to several people. The parking situation is a problem. Now that we're vaccinated we've had guests over for memorial wknd barbeque food and 2 people wandered for 15/20 minutes looking for a spot to park at. One parked halfway around the complex in pouring rain. I ended up driving them back to their vehicle. If residents didn't take over guest parking all the time there would be parking. Nor sure there's an answer to that but it isn't nice to not have parking for guests when entertaining. Parallel parking near our median is often other persons only option.

I recommend someone who just moved in and I am excited they are now my neighbors

Limited parking as most people have two vehicles. Many units need to modernize up-grading. Landscaping is very good. Very good open space. Pool and exercise room are excellent. People drive too fast on interior roads which is not good for small children.
