I recommend it to everyone, but it's too expensive more most single friends. Rent is easier to afford in multiple bedroom homes that can be shared.

Are you kidding me? Incredibly thin walls, loud neighbors with no respect for others, and poor sound deadening; able to hear running water IN the wall. I've lived in many places in socal and none have been like this...ever...

We love that the office staff take the time to get to know the tenants personally. We also really enjoy the small perks like being able to rent kayaks and such.

Spacious apartments with great natural light! Can't beat the South Waterfront location, so close to downtown, but out of the fray of it all! Beautiful apartments in a beautiful location!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly Randi S. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The only thing that could make it better would be rooftop garden boxes and a hot tub.

Elevators often sticky and/or smelly. LOVE the maintenance personnel. Always leave nice notes with the job summary. Wish there were more parking spaces couple living in one bedroom has 2 cars to get to 2 jobs but only 1 parking space. Option to pay extra for another spot would be nice. Apartment tends to be very hot all year round, need to always run A/C.

This is the best apartment community we've ever lived in and it has the best management team I've ever seen! They are so professional, kind, and down to Earth. I am especially taken with Randi and the fun community events she organizes. The only qualms we have are concerning the air and heating system that doesn't seem to regulate well. It's usually too warm or too cold. The construction noise is annoying and starts very early in the morning. Since our rent just raised to the "market rate," I feel the construction wasn't taken into consideration in regards to the higher rent amount (also the 24 hour logistics department noise from across the street.) That being said, I'm sure the management team didn't make that decision and this is still a great community.

Office staff is the best I have ever seen. Love the events, would like to have more! People who let their pets do 1 or 2 in front of elevators should be talked to! Love pets but feel people need to control their pets more when moving around the building. Rent increases should not be automatic.
