The apartment that I saw was nicely detailed. The floorplan was spacious and open, with lots of natural light. The leasing agent presented the community and neighborhood with a sense of pride.

This property is located near the river and not too far from downtown. The commuter train is across the street, making getting around easy. The staff was professional and had great attitudes. The property is clean and well kept. I felt like my needs were important and that any objections that I had were overcome.

The community environment was very inviting and appealing. The leasing agent made me feel at home. The apartment had an ambiance; it was tastefully furnished. The apartment was well located and close to downtown Portland and within walking distance to diners and stores.

The community was beautiful and had lovely kitchens. I liked that you were allowed to paint accent walls and personalize the apartment. The only drawback I can see is the large amount of construction going on nearby. The leasing professional I met with was very helpful and friendly. I would have absolutely leased here.

The apartment was very nice and spacious, but overpriced. There was a fitness center, but no swimming pool or sauna. You are paying for the location and not what they offer. If you like living in a hotel-like setting, long hallways and no outside entrance, without grass or plants, then this might be the place to live.
