This was a very nice, modern community with many of the required amenities needed to compete in today's rental business.

This home and community was very well presented and kept in very nice condition. The onsite team seemed to work very well together, as well.

They have many nice amenities to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The apartment community was awesome beyond words. It had a wonderful view of the waterfront. The leasing consultant was very polite and treated me like a queen.

The community was very nice. However, the views from the balconies had old rooftops and an abandoned, field full of potholes and mud. This detracted from the apartment very much, in my opinion.

There were pictures in the office of the new addition and I was told it would be open late summer. The agent had an idea for my canasta card club and talked about the planned events for the community. This was a very thorough presentation of the Matisse.

This was a great property with a great location. I is quiet, close to the river and close to downtown. There is a cable car that goes right in front of the apartment and lots of great river walks near by.
